A career litigator, Attorney D. Brandon Christian, has represented clients with complex civil and criminal cases for almost 20 years. Brandon began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney, prosecuting all levels of criminal cases. For the past 10 years, Brandon was privileged to serve as a Police Attorney for the City of Fayetteville Police Department, and later as Sheriff’s Attorney for the Union County Sheriff’s Office.

While working within the public service arena, Brandon also successfully represented men, women, and families whose civil rights have been violated by the government, as well as persons charged with criminal violations.

Brandon is committed to protecting the rights of all the people. Raised by his father, a Southern Baptist pastor and his mother, a lifelong educator, Brandon has been instilled with a powerful sense of justice and will work to protect your rights.

Now, Brandon is excited to join the Starling Law Firm, PLLC as the Managing Attorney of the firm’s new Charlotte branch, where he will continue to represent people from across the State of North Carolina.
