Office Manager/Bookkeeper/Real Estate Paralegal 

Kate, who came to Jacksonville in 2015 from her hometown in Oklahoma, began to pursue an accounting education and a bookkeeping career following her high school graduation in 2011. Kate joined Starling, Rodriguez & Associates in 2020. She had nearly 10 years of bookkeeping experience and 5 years of experience with new construction and real estate purchasing. Following her employment with the firm, Kate’s real estate and booking knowledge and experience immensely increased culminating in the acquisition of her North Carolina Trust Accounting Certification. Moreover, Kate also specializes in title searches and deed recording. In 2022, Kate became the firm’s Office Manager. Her dedication to the firm and love for detail are why she has decided to have an enduring career at Starling, Rodriguez & Associates.


Criminal and Real Estate Paralegal

Kylie is a resident of Jacksonville, North Carolina who graduated from Jacksonville High School. After graduation, she obtained an internship with the Jacksonville Police Department and the Onslow County Sheriff’s Office. Currently, she is finishing a degree in paralegal studies and ultimately hopes to further her education in Law. Kylie’s communication skills and appreciation for detail are what inspired her aspiration towards a legal career. Undoubtedly, her dedication coupled with her ability to multitask and her understanding of different aspects of the law has earned Kylie the success she enjoys as a paralegal at Starling, Rodriguez & Associates. 


Civil and Real Estate Paralegal

Katherine, who is originally from Charlotte, North Carolina recently moved to Jacksonville, North Carolina in 2021. She began her education at Wingate University where she was a member of the cheerleading team. Later, she transferred and obtained an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies at Liberty University. Katherine’s versatile experience ranges from her prior work in trial and litigation preparation to her experience with court filings and civil litigation. Her analytical skills and multitasking capabilities help her excel and make her a great addition to the team at Starling, Rodriguez & Associates. 


Real Estate Paralegal

Stephanie is a resident of Jacksonville, North Carolina who has lived here primarily her entire life. Stephanie is married to her husband of 9 years and, together, they moved to Kaiserslautern, Germany, where she worked on base. After returning stateside, she continued her clerical work and began to learn about real estate. Currently, she is obtaining a degree in paralegal studies. Her attentiveness and compassion are attributes she employs daily to assist clients at Starling, Rodriguez & Associates.


Real Estate Paralegal

Sarah is originally from Hebron, Indiana, but moved to Jacksonville, North Carolina with her husband in 2021 because of his military career. Sarah has a vast paralegal background and was a paralegal focusing on municipal and estate law for four years at a local law firm in Hebron. Sarah’s ability to quickly grasp new concepts paired with her willingness to learn has quickly made her an effective team member and a great asset to Starling, Rodriguez & Associates. 


Real Estate Paralegal

Aimee, who is originally from Indiana, has lived in Jacksonville, North Carolina primarily her entire life. In 1996, she graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Bachelor’s in Marketing. Subsequently, she began work as a closing coordinator. With an extensive real estate and litigation background, Aimee is a well-rounded team member who brings nearly 20 years’ experience to Starling, Rodriguez & Associates. Her strong work ethic and interpersonal skills make both her colleagues and the firm’s clients feel comfortable and relaxed. 


Real Estate Paralegal

Eileen grew up in Loudoun County, Virginia, where she graduated from high school in 2016. After graduation, she enlisted in the Army Reserves and has served for the past 6 years as an ammunition specialist and mechanic. Eileen moved to Jacksonville, North Carolina with her husband in 2018 and worked as a clerical assistant for several years. Possessing copious organization and multitasking skills, she became a legal assistant at Starling, Rodriguez & Associates in 2021. Her ability to acclimate and concentrate on numerous tasks simultaneously make her a perfect fit and undeniable asset for Starling, Rodriguez & Associates. 


Legal Assistant

Originally from New Jersey, Briana moved to Jacksonville, North Carolina with her husband of 3 years. Briana obtained an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts in 2018 from Sussex College. She has several years of clerical experience and has even practiced as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Her prior experience has contributed to her highly personable disposition, positive attitude, and willingness to ensure all Starling, Rodriguez & Associates clients leave with the highest level of satisfaction. 


Seller Document Coordinator

Jennifer, who is originally from Arizona, moved to Jacksonville, North Carolina because of her husband’s military career. Eight years of real estate work has given her a prolific understanding of what clients experience as they engage the real estate market. Jennifer is bilingual and able to assist countless clients from various backgrounds. She strives to provide each client with immense attention and detail as she explains the selling side of a real estate transaction.
